We arrive 45 minutes to an hour early to prepare for the adjuster's visit.
Step 5: Wait for Initial Scope of Work(Within 21 Days)
Your insurance provider will send a detailed breakdown outlining what they agree to pay for and what they deny.
Step 6: Negotiate & Supplement for Market-Value Pricing(Up to Day 42)
This is where we fight for you to ensure fair compensation.
Step 7: Finalize Scope & Apply for Permits
Once we've finalized pricing with insurance, we review everything with you and apply for permits.
Step 8: Order & Deliver Materials
Once permits are approved, we order and schedule delivery of all materials.
Step 9: Build Day!
Our expert crew installs your new roof with precision.
Step 10: Final Inspection & Bill Insurance
We perform a final quality inspection and submit the invoice to insurance.
Step 11: Receive Final Payment & Complete Project
You receive the final insurance check and your project is officially complete.
